Somatic Writing

Dance Your Wildest Metaphor

October 27th 11-5pm with lunch break

Write what moves you.

Move in a way you want to write.

This 5-hour workshop is an invitation to explore the landscapes of your body and imagination through movement and words. Guided by the archetypes of the Inner Child, the Lover, the Warrior, and the Wise/Wild One, you’ll reflect, dance, write your way into deeper connection with yourself.

Through somatic movement, intuitive writing prompts, and guided meditation, you’ll discover new ways of giving voice to what lives beneath the surface—stories, sensations, emotions, and wisdom waiting to be expressed.

No experience in dance or writing is needed—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to let your body lead the way. This is a safe and playful space for exploration, release, and self-discovery.

LUNCH: Please bring your own lunch, as we will break around 1pm for an hour to eat in the dining room or in the garden, if weather permits. Kitchen will be available for cooking.
